There are a variety of lessons available in many formats from one on one to private retreats and workshops.
We are based in Vancouver, BC, Canada but instructors are located throughout North America.

We work with a variety of instructors and teachers and schedules vary on time of year and the training an individual is interested in.
Classes are available for everyone from Beginner to advanced.
