Training Schedule:
Open Practice is held every Sunday at Tropical Park (see our website for directions) starting at NOON with Poi practice. Classes are mostly taught one-on-one, or in very small groups, with lessons going as quickly as your own personal abilities can develop. Stage Combat practice begins at 2pm, and starts off with a group stretch, footwork drills, and a reaction skills development exersize (it's a game- you'll enjoy it). After that, classes are broken up by weapon (you must graduate from Unarmed class before taking up a weapon) and are taught in small groups. Practice runs until 5-6pm, depending on sunlight.
